Emily and Dustin celebrated their Mandarin Oriental Boston wedding on a beautiful (and blustery!) day right in downtown Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.
The couple took advantage of the great outdoor space, having their traditional “first look” in the Mandarin’s Courtyard. We were able to get some great photographs with the bride and groom outside, despite all the wind, before moving inside the hotel for some formals.
The couple had a beautiful traditional Jewish ceremony, followed by a stunning reception in the Mandarin’s ballroom. Emily & Dustin’s wedding was classic, traditional, and very elegant — a simple color palette of steel grey and white was made very warm and intimate with lots of soft lighting, giving the room a candlelit glow. As always Florist William Mizuta designed gorgeous arrangements for the event and each table was accented with warm pinspot lighting, thanks to the team at Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting. We loved being able to capture this great couple on their wedding day, congratulations Emily and Dustin and thank you for choosing Person + Killian Photography!
